These terms apply to enquiries and bookings made with Travel Company Dubai. Please read them before confirming a booking.

Enquiries and prices

Sending an enquiry does not create a booking and requires no payment. Prices depend on the date, group size and availability, and are confirmed in writing (WhatsApp or email) before you pay.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed once payment is received and you receive a confirmation from us. Tours are operated by licensed local operators; timings and itineraries may change due to weather, traffic or operational reasons.

Cancellations

Cancellation and refund conditions vary by tour and are shared with your quote. Please check them before paying.
